Diseasles!!!!

Blockette came down with a fever on Sunday and this weird light pink rash on her tummy and feet. By Monday morning her fever had broken, but the rash had spread to her whole body. I took her into the Dr and she said, "it's a virus." There is nothing to be done but let it run its course. Luckily, the rash itself is not contagious, so once her fever is gone for 24 hours she can go back to school.

I asked little miss sickie if she was turning into the girl from the book Pinkalicious. (The little girl in the story eats nothing but pink food and turns a lovely shade of raspberry.) Blockette laughed and shook her head and said, "No mom. I have leopard-itis."
